No Assembly Required

Your order will be carefully assembled and inspected by our in-house professionals prior to delivery.


Prior to Delivery

You will receive a confirmation phone call the day before your delivery date with your 2-hour delivery window.

Please review and follow these steps to ensure a successful delivery:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all access to the home is free of obstacles prior to the arrival of the delivery team. The area must be clear and safe.

  • The areas in your home where the furniture will be placed should be ready to accommodate your new purchase. Pathways must be clear from the point of entry to the placement area.

  • The delivery team will NOT move any existing furniture or dispose of your old furniture.

  • Please notify the scheduling team prior to the delivery regarding any obstacles, such as:

  • Stairs or elevators

  • Access restrictions

  • Special permission or authorizations

  • Loading point distance


Delivery Day

Our Delivery Team will call you when they are on the way. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to receive your delivery.

Please be prepared to pay your balance and check your order carefully and alert the Delivery Team about any issues. The Delivery Team will note any damage on your delivery and our Service Team will reach out to resolve the issue.

51-75 miles: $299
75+ miles: Available upon request
4 Man Delivery: $299


Picking up your Product

Our warehouse is open for product pickup during store hours. Please visit the front desk with your receipt when you are ready to pick up your purchase. Advanced notice is appreciated.


Returns & Exchanges

Today's Home

  • Special orders are not subject to cancellation

  • All sales are final

  • All exchanges and cancellation are subject to store approval. A minimum fee of 25% of the purchase price will be assessed on store approved returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Designer Furniture Outlet

  • Merchandise sold is in “As Is” condition

  • All sales are final
